Die Tabelle liefert lediglich eine lineare Darstellung des Renntempos und nimmt keine Rücksicht auf die
individuelle Renntaktik oder -einteilung.
Beispiel: Wenn man unter 2 Stunden bleiben will, muss man im Schnitt ein Tempo von 5:40 Minuten
pro Kilometer laufen.
